The customer care was good. The pool was nice and comfortable to sit around. The setting was magnificent. Close to all restaurants, major venues, the beach, and Disneyland for about a $10 Uber ride.

la quinta in santa ana was a great choice for our family visit. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was spotlessly clean with comfortable bedding and pillows. The convenience of nearby amenities and the fitness center added to our positive experience. Christine at the check-in desk was extremely helpful and went out of her way to ensure we had a smooth early check-in process, making our stay even more pleasant.

During my recent business trip to Santa Ana, I had the opportunity to stay at La Quinta. The hotel's recreational amenities were a highlight of my stay. The outdoor pool, spa tub, and fitness center provided a perfect way to unwind after a long day of meetings. It was a refreshing experience to be able to enjoy these facilities and take some time for myself. The outdoor swimming pool and hot tub were particularly inviting, allowing me to relax and recharge for the next day's responsibilities.

The rooms were inviting and impressive, included 2 televisions and a couch bed. All the staff were honest and courteous. The property's location was marvelous, close to the airport, major stores, a beautiful new shopping center, and the train station. Easily reached Subway, located a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

Great value and convenient location for my business trip. The newly upgraded lobby and rooms were definitely a plus. The spacious rooms and comfortable beds made for a pleasant stay. The easy freeway access and parking area were also very convenient. Additionally, the breakfast provided was decent, and the spacious and open eating area was a nice touch.

There were a few drawbacks during my stay. The area surrounding the hotel was also not very pedestrian-friendly, making it difficult to explore other nearby restaurants or amenities.

I loved the hot tub and outdoor heated pool - a must when traveling with kids. The complimentary breakfast had a delicious variety. The front desk saved the day when our key didn't work. Patricia was kind and informed us about the long term parking and shuttle service to the airport.

I felt privileged, no reason to complain.

Bar was perfect for a breakfast. Booked a room for extra towels. The room was updated and the location unbeatable, close to everything.
